It describes what actions are available in a view of a process in Process HQ. Overview In Process HQ, a process view is a subset of cases that is defined by a set of filters. By default, the All Cases view is available for all processes. You can create custom views to focus on specific types of cases. Elements The following image highlights the elements that make up a process view: # Element Actions Available 1 Navigation bar View the Process HQ overview page, the Process Insights page, the Data Catalog page, or the Data Governance page. Switch to another workspace like Appian Designer. The workspaces you can access depend on your user role and other security settings. Change settings for your user profile. 2 Header pane Manage the process from the PROCESS menu: Manually update process data. View or configure process attributes. Rename process attributes. View or edit process properties. View or configure process security. Manage views: Access a different view. Create a view. Rename the current view. Edit the filters that define the current view. Set a date range for a view. Delete a view. View the number of cases in this view that occur in the selected date range, plus the percentage those cases represent of total cases for the view and selected date range. Start an investigation. 3 Tabs Switch between the following tabs to explore process data in the current view: Summary: View key performance indicators (KPIs), charts, and visualizations for the view. Executive Dashboard: Configure and view strategic KPIs. Case Lists: View a list of cases included in the view. KPIs: Create and manage KPIs.
