Overview In Process HQ, a view is a subset of cases that is defined by a set of filters. By default, the All Cases view is available for all processes. You can also create custom views to focus on specific types of cases. On this page, you can explore the cases related to the view, create KPIs to help you look more closely at specific characteristics of the cases, then start drilling down to insights. To access this page, go to the process page, and click any view in either the PINNED VIEWS section or the All Views tab. Elements The following image highlights the elements that make up a process view: # Element Actions Available 1 Navigation bar View the Home page. View the Process Insights page. View the Data Catalog page. View the Data Governance page. Switch out of Process HQ and into another workspace like Appian Designer. The workspaces you can access depend on your user role and other security settings. Change settings for your user profile. 2 Breadcrumbs Navigate to higher-level pages associated with the view: The Process Insights page. The process page associated with the view. 3 Time period Set the time period for the data displaying on the page. 4 Header pane Manage the view: View the filters that define the view by clicking Show applied filters under the view name. View the number of cases associated with the view in the selected time period. Edit the filters that define the view. Rename the view. 5 PINNED KPIS section Create a KPI. View KPIs pinned to the view. Manage pinned KPIs. Start drilling down. 6 EXPLORE DATA FOR THIS VIEW section Switch between the following tabs to explore view data in the selected time period: Process Diagram: See the process diagram. From the diagram on this page, you can view details for individual activities or sequences, as well start drilling down on a specific process part. Case Attributes: See attributes of cases associated with the process. From this tab, you can view attribute value details, but you cannot drill down to insights for a specific attribute value. To drill down on an attribute value, go to the Case Attributes tab in a KPI page instead. Case List: See the list of cases associated with this process. Conformance and Costs: Define the expected activity order and activity costs, so you can review conformance and costs. All KPIs: See the list of KPIs configured for this view, and start drilling down to build an insight. All Insights: See the list of insights related to KPIs in this view.
