We've leveraged the existing integration between Award Management and Vendor Management to provide a link from the award in AM to vendor messages in VM. This makes it easier and more efficient for users to reference any vendor messages related to a specific award.

Advanced invoicing capabilitiesCopy link to clipboard
We've expanded on the invoice capability updates from the previous release. In this release, we've added:
- A new user group for Finance Representatives that may need to interact with invoice data but don't fall in the normal contracting personnel groups.
- The ability to associate specific users with an invoice record.
- Support for review processes and tasks:
- Predefine a review process based on the amount of the invoice.
- Add ad-hoc review tasks to an invoice.
Contract file improvementsCopy link to clipboard
In this release, we've added the ability to modify active contract file structures. AM will retain the file structure for existing contracts, along with their documents, while also providing the flexibility to define new structures for new contracts moving forward.
These updates will allow you to:
- Create folders
- Create subfolders
- Edit the document type and text match for subfolders
- Delete folders and subfolders
Award import process improvementsCopy link to clipboard
We've made it easier to bulk upload award data in AM with two key updates:
- Added more data fields to the award import template.
- Added Import Award action to the Awards page.
These updates improve the award import process and help organizations save time and better manage their award data.
Appian RPA bots updatedCopy link to clipboard
The Small Business Association (SBA) research has been updated to use the latest Appian RPA bot technology. AM now has advanced RPA capabilities that allow users to submit a request to have a robotic task complete their vendor research.
