It describes what actions can be performed on an insight in a saved investigation. Overview The insight details page allows you and any collaborators to view and interact with a saved insight. To access this page, view a saved insight. Note: An insight displays the analysis in terms of either cases or occurrences depending on the findings included in the insight. Learn more. Elements The following image highlights the elements of an insight details page: # Element Actions Available 1 Navigation bar View the Process HQ overview page, the Process Insights page, the Data Catalog page, or the Data Governance page. Switch to another workspace like Appian Designer. The workspaces you can access depend on your user role and other security settings. Change settings for your user profile. 2 Breadcrumbs Navigate to the Process Insights page, the process view page, or the saved investigation page. 3 Investigation header View information about the process and investigation to which the insight belongs: The name of the process that provides the data under investigation. For example, Customer Onboarding. The name of the investigation. For example, Regional Review. The time range for the view in which the investigation is based. The number of filters that define the view to which the investigation belongs. 4 Insight header Return to the saved investigation page by clicking the back arrow next to the insight name. Rename or delete the insight by clicking the gear menu next to the insight name. Create a new insight based on the existing insight's findings by clicking CONTINUE INVESTIGATING. Show or hide comments on the insight. 5 Insight details Review the key performance indicator (KPI) for the current investigation. To calculate potential savings or potential reduction, Process HQ compares the cases or occurrences related to the current finding against this KPI. The KPI also includes a trend chart representing changes in the KPI over the date range of the investigation. You can hover over the chart to see more details for each data point. Note: This value will update with each finding you add to the insight. View insight information: View the findings included in the insight. By default, the last finding added to the insight displays. To view all findings in the insight, click Show All. View the potential improvements your organization could realize by implementing changes in your business process based on the insight. This improvement is displayed as either potential savings or potential reduction depending on the investigation type. You can adjust the potential savings calculation for an insight in a duration investigation. View the high-level summary description of the insight, including any recommendations on how to improve. View metrics for the insight: Cases: A count of total cases related to the findings in the insight. Occurrences: A count of how many times the sequence selected in the insight occurs in the affected cases. This value is only present if the insight includes a finding for a process part. Duration (Average): The average duration of cases or occurrences related to the insight. View the process diagram for all cases in the process view (Baseline) or only those cases related to the insight (Insight). View visualizations for cases related to the insight.
