Navigation bar

• View the Process HQ overview page, the Process Insights page, the Data Catalog page, or the Data Governance page.
• Switch out of Process HQ and into another workspace like Appian Designer. The workspaces you can access depend on your user role and other security settings.
• Change settings for your user profile.

Navigate to the Process Insights page.

Time period

Set the time period for the data displaying on the page.

Header pane

• View the process name and the number of cases included in the process.

• Manage the process from the menu:

  • Manually update process data.
  • View or edit process configuration.
  • View or edit process properties.
  • View or configure process security.

PINNED VIEWS section

• Create a view.

• View the name of each pinned view and summary metrics for each pinned view including:

  • The number of cases in the view that occur in the selected time period.
  • The percentage of total cases those cases represent for the view in the selected time period.
  • The number of KPIs, insights, and filters associated with the view in the selected time period.
• Access a pinned view, or go directly to a pinned KPI from one of the pinned views.

• Manage pinned views:

  • Unpin a view.
  • Edit the filters that define a pinned view.
  • Rename a pinned view.
  • Delete a pinned view.

EXPLORE DATA FOR THIS PROCESS section

Switch between the following tabs to explore process data in the selected time period:

• Process Diagram: View the process diagram.

  From the diagram on this page, you can view details for individual activities or sequences, but you cannot drill down to insights for a specific process part. To drill down on a process part, go to the process diagram in the associated view instead.

  
  

• Case Attributes: View attributes of cases associated with the process.

  From this tab, you can view attribute value details, but you cannot drill down to insights for a specific attribute value. To drill down on an attribute value, go to the Case Attributes tab in a KPI page instead.

  
  

• Case List: View the list of cases associated with this process.

  
  

• All Views: See the list of views configured for this process.
