Public Self-Registration Module Overview

Introduction

Case Management Studio 24.2 ships with the Public Self-Registration module, a pre-built, self-contained application that is designed to tackle the challenge of granting public users a convenient and efficient way to access to their pre-existing case records. This module enables public users to self-register for an Appian user account. Through this account, they can access My Cases to claim and keep track of the case records that are relevant to them.

This is an optional incorporation with Case Management Studio. Once installed and incorporated, it serves as a seamless bridge to provide access to case information, making it easier for individuals to retrieve and review their case-related information as needed.

This guide provides a brief overview of the benefits of the Public Self-Registration module.
