The Award Management (AM) 1.9 release notes provide an overview of the latest changes and improvements to the Award Management Solution. New features and improved capabilities were designed with best practices in mind.
AM's invoicing capabilities have been expanded in this release to better support the procurement process. We've added a new, simplified method for creating invoices, the ability to collect additional invoice data, and new and updated interfaces to view invoice information and highlights. These enhancements make the post-award management process easier and more robust than ever before.
The General Services Administration (GSA) research has been updated to use the latest Appian RPA bot technology. AM now has advanced RPA capabilities that allow users to submit a request to have a robotic task complete their vendor research. See Setting Up GSA Robot for specific steps to correctly install the robot.
