Configuring the Claim Journey Process Model

Introduction

Connected Claims allows you to configure a process model that you can immediately start leveraging in your customer journey.

To configure a process module:

  1. In the PROCESS MODEL DETAILS section, enter the following required information for your process model:
    • Display Name: A unique name for the process model.
    • Model UUID: A universally unique identifier (ID) associated with the process model.
    • Run as Automated?: Select Yes if you want the process model to run as an automated process and No if you want to manually run the process model.
    • Model ID: Returns the process model object.
  2. Click VALIDATE PROCESS MODEL to identify and fill in any missing information needed to configure the process model.
  3. Click SUBMIT.
