The following internationalization settings can be configured through the custom.properties configuration file to set application defaults. See Configuring Custom Properties for additional details.

 conf.suite.bootstrapLocale=

This property defines the default locale used upon startup of the application server, if there is no locale preference registered. It also serves as a fallback for date-time patterns for the expressions server when no preference exists. The available locales are en_US, en_GB, es_MX, and fr_CA.

 conf.suite.bootstrapTimeZone=
 

This property defines the default time zone configured upon startup of the application server, if no time zone setting is registered with the application databases. It is also used to determine the fallback date/time format in the Expression Service.
