What's New in Award Management? The Award Management 1.6 Release Notes provides an overview of the latest changes and improvements to the Award Management Solution. New features and improved capabilities were designed with best practices in mind. Improved FAPIIS Research This release of Award Management (AM) improves the FAPIIS Research Report, renamed the Responsibility/Qualification Report. Now, the AM solution utilizes a SAM.gov API to generate a report that includes exclusion and proceeding insights, and other information related to the responsibilities of the requested vendor. In addition, the report format highlights important information and improves general readability. State and Local Bundle File The Award Management solution now includes an easy way to perform bulk changes on the labels and terminology in your AM solution so they match terms used by your state and local agency. The Solutions Hub gives you access to the properties file, which includes a significant number labels and terms that accurately represent the labels, processes, and documents used by state and local agencies instead of the default federally focused terms installed with the Award Management solution. This will significantly shorten the implementation process and as well simplify the upgrade process by utilizing the Solutions Hub to manage these changes. Solicitation Line Items With this release, you have the ability to track line items on solicitations, offering additional support for pre-award activities. Add and manage new line items, track options, and configure alerts to stay aware of line items as they approach their end date. Accessibility Improvements Award Management 1.6 also includes several changes to previously identified accessibility issues. This is part of an ongoing effort to ensure the solution meets web accessibility standards. Get Started Now Ready to get started with AM 1.6? Check out Installing AM for more information.
