We're aligning Appian RPA with the latest industry security standards by automatically pre-signing all agents. Additionally, robot keys will be used for agent authentication on Mac and Linux platforms. We're ensuring that your robot workforce is not only more secure but also more versatile and seamlessly integrated across diverse operating systems.

The Robotic Workforce Manager (RWM) application has been deprecated, meaning it will no longer be updated or pre-installed for new Appian Cloud sites with Appian RPA enabled. Customers should use the Operations Console to manage robots instead.

The Get table values low-code action is now part of the task recorder, making it super easy to quickly extract data from HTML tables. Use the task recorder to extract the data you need from an entire table and save it directly to a robotic task variable. Say goodbye to manual entry and intricate coding - it's all about efficiency and ease.
The Excel Licensed Required module is back with a set of new and enhanced actions to elevate your experience. Use the new Find value action to search a worksheet by cell value, with exact case or full content matching options. With the new Clear data filters and Clear pivot table filters actions, you can reset tables, ranges, or pivot tables to their unfiltered state. And the Close workbook action was updated so that you can choose which workbooks you'd like to close in one step. These new and updated Excel actions are helping you tackle your Excel challenges faster and in fewer steps than ever before.
You can now automate even more with Excel files using the Excel Licensed Required module. You can open and work with multiple workbooks simultaneously, copy data between sheets and workbooks, add sorting and filtering, and refresh data connections and pivot tables using new and enhanced actions.
