stripwith( text, with )

The function returns the provided text, minus any characters on the list of invalid characters.

Parameters

text	Text	The text to be "stripped" for printing purposes.
with	Text	The text disallowed in the "stripped" result.

Usage considerations

Do not include a space between characters for the with value unless you want spaces "stripped" from the text value.

stripwith("text string","xt") returns e sring

stripwith("text string","x t") returns esring

stripwith("text string","xg t") returns esrin
