stdevp() Function

Returns the standard deviation of the specified number(s), assuming that the numbers form the entire data set and not just a sample.

Parameters

stdevp( number )

Keyword	Type	Description
number	Number (Decimal Floating) Array	A member or array of members of the set from which the standard deviation will be calculated.

Returns

The return type depends on the data type of the provided value.

If the value is Number (Decimal Precise), the function returns Number (Decimal Precise). Otherwise, the function returns Number (Decimal Floating).

Examples

stdevp(1,2,3,4) returns 1.118034
