When exploring data at deeper levels, the page header displays: Breadcrumbs to navigate between exploration levels. The time period for the data displaying on the page. The name of the exploration level you're currently viewing. The brief description of the exploration level. The filters that define the current exploration level. The number of cases in the filtered data. The header pane also includes a gear icon that allows you to manage properties and definitions for the process, view, KPI, or insight you're viewing. 3 Analysis pane When you first land on this page, this pane contains a list of processes for which you have Viewer access. When you click on a process in the list, this pane updates to display the highest level of information about the process. Here, you can validate the data in your process and start exploring at that level. This can be the All Cases view or a custom view created to focus on specific types of cases. Here, you can also create KPIs to help you look more closely at specific characteristics of the cases. KPI: Explore data related to a key performance indicator (KPI). Once you're familiar with the details of your KPI, you can start drilling down on a subset of cases related to the KPI. Drilldown: Take a closer look into specific patterns and issues in your process, so you can uncover insights that lead to improvements. Here, you can create an insight to start collaboration on possible improvements. Insight: Collaborate with colleagues on saved insights. Feedback Was this page helpful? SHARE FEEDBACK Loading...
