Navigate the complexities of requirements management with your own personal knowledge assistant. The Procurement AI Copilot is a dynamic, AI-driven module that integrates with RM to help streamline the procurement process.
The Procurement AI Copilot reduces the amount of time and effort required to access relevant knowledge and make decisions while helping your team remain compliant with evolving regulations. Using a conversational interface, users can ask questions and receive AI-generated, contextually relevant answers and insights that are specifically tailored to your organization's operational needs.
See Installing Procurement AI Copilot to configure this integration for your solution.
We’ve modernized line items in this release of RM. Along with an improved UI, we’re introducing additional line item fields, a new create/update line item wizard, a line item summary page, and we have refreshed the line items grid in Requirements Summary.
These updates allow you to provide more information related to line items and the data can be copied over when copying a requirement.
By making line items easier to use and expanding the list of available fields, we’ve made it easier to capture more relevant information while reducing duplicate data entries when creating solicitations and awards.
In this release, you can now edit the contract file folder structure and change metadata even after a requirement is created. This simplified folder management process makes it quick and easy to manage your contract file structure without any impact to existing requirements.
Messages in RM have been updated to allow for saving drafts. Now, you can take the time to craft and refine your messages before sending them out rather than having to write something off the cuff or risk losing all your work.
