Signature Tasks

Contract Writing now includes the ability to streamline the award release process by automatically assigning tasks to contracting personnel when an award is approved and ready to be released. This makes it easy to track the progress of the official award document being signed by the contracting officer and vendor, ensuring the timely release of awards and modifications.

Delivery Status

This release of Contract Writing includes support for contracting personnel to manage delivery details in the pre-release stage of the solicitation and award process. Contracting personnel can also track the status of line item deliverables once the award is released.

Document Creation Improvements

Generate Draft

Drafting government contracts can include many complexities, including multiple elements such as standard form data, contract text, line items, and clauses. Ensuring that all this information is accurately incorporated and displayed in your documents is crucial during the drafting process.

Contract Writing now supports an on-demand draft generation feature, designed specifically for federal government agencies. This enhancement allows contracting users to generate a draft version of their contract in real time, enabling them to review and refine the document before the final version is officially released.

Auto Populate Table of Contents

This release also includes a new feature that automates the creation of the table of contents on documents. Our system intelligently calculates specific page ranges for each contract section and automatically populates the corresponding form. This enhancement streamlines the document creation process, reduces potential errors, and ensures consistent formatting in compliance with government standards.
