AI-driven coverage status for new claims

After the AI Coverage Analyzer module is incorporated with Connected Claims, it automatically assesses policy coverage for new claims. This module incorporates AI capabilities into the Claim summary to analyze the loss description and compare it against the policy’s coverage and deductible details. It then provides a clear coverage status. Letting you immediately know if the loss is: Covered, Not Covered, or Further Review Needed.

When the loss description is updated, the AI Coverage Analyzer, powered by an Appian AI skill, automatically re-analyzes the claim if the loss description is updated, ensuring the coverage status remains current.
