Track User Engagement with Usage Analytics Share Share via LinkedIn Reddit Email Copy Link Print On This Page This page provides details about the options available for tracking usage metrics in sites and portals. What are usage analytics? Usage analytics help you track user engagement, such as where users come from, what they click on, and how many of them visit. Appian provides usage logs and the ability to connect to third-party analytics providers for both sites and portals. You can use your own tooling to turn the usage logs into reports. Sites usage analytics For sites, you can track usage analytics using the Sites usage log, which provides built-in usage logging that captures site interactions. You can also check the AppMarket for third-party options, such as the Google Analytics Utility. Portals usage analytics For portals, you can track usage analytics in two ways: Portals usage log: Built-in usage logging that captures portal interactions. External Analytics: Provide details to connect to Google Tag Manager or Adobe Experience Platform to track portal traffic. Feedback Was this page helpful? SHARE FEEDBACK Loading...
