Returns the provided key-value pairs, wrapped with the specified delimiters.

Keyword	Type	Description
key	Text	A key or array of keys.
value	Text	A value or array of values.
startDelimiter	Text	String for the start delimiter.
endDelimiter	Text	String for the end delimiter.

insertkeyval({"hello","goodbye"}, {"alpha","beta"}, "[", "]") returns [hello=alpha][goodbye=beta]
