  Fixed an issue where robotic tasks could intermittently fail or crash during execution following Redis reconnection events in High Availability environments. Distributed locking and connection recovery have been improved to prevent task failures due to timeouts.

• ARPA-2108 - Medium
  Enhanced Redis observability in High Availability environments by exposing and classifying distributed lock and pub/sub failure metrics to improve proactive monitoring, error detection, and diagnostics.

  Fixed an issue where global support files with labels were not resolved correctly. The label prefix was incorrectly included in the file's relative path, causing the robot agent to fail when locating the file.
