Retrieve the latest results from one of your last six searches or explore pre-set sample prompts by clicking the cards under the search bar. By default, PS Core returns the top search results and displays them in card view, separating each result into an individual card. Analyzing search results PS Core makes it easy to analyze your search results by providing sort and filter options that allow you to narrow the search results down to only the procurements you want to see. Sorting search results By default, results are sorted and ranked by their Similarity to your search term, from highest to lowest similarity percentage. Filtering search results PS Core offers several filters to help you narrow your search results to match the procurements that fit your process needs. You can filter by dataset, government agency, procurement type, procurements with related awards or attached documents, fiscal year, or procurements posted within a custom date range. Accessing the Summary view With PS Core, you can quickly access more details about a procurement result by clicking its title and opening the Summary view. The Summary view includes the procurement type, post date, PSC and NAICS codes, place of performance, a procurement description, any associated awards, and any related documents attached to the procurement. From here, you can also click SAVE TO COLLECTION to add the procurement record to an existing collection. You can also add a procurement result to an existing collection from the search results page. Search results can be associated to multiple collections. Leveraging AI Document Chat PS Core also comes with an AI Document Chat feature that allows you to gain additional insights into a search result with the attached PDF documents. Once in the procurement's Summary view, select a PDF or DOCX from the Documents tab, and click Chat with Document to get started. Next, select the PDF document you want to gain insight into and ask a question about it in the prompt. Searching GSA vehicles PS Core's Unified GSA Vehicle Search combines GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) data into a single search experience. From the GSA Vehicles tab on the Home page, you can enter a natural language requirement description and get an instant landscape of capable vendors across both MAS contract documents and GWAC award data including Alliant 2, 8(a) STARS III, VETS 2, and Polaris. Performing a GSA vehicle search To search GSA vehicle data: From the Home page, select GSA Vehicles. Enter your requirement description in the search bar. You can paste a Statement of Work snippet, a requirement description, or key phrases describing the products or services you need. Click Search. PS Core returns results grouped by vehicle type. MAS results are grouped by Special Item Number (SIN), while GWAC results are grouped by specific contract vehicle. Each search result card displays the matched vendor count, AI-generated match reason, NAICS code, SBA size standard, and a socio-economic breakdown showing certifications like 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, and more. Exploring MAS SIN details and Market Insights Click a SIN card to open the SIN Detail page, which contains: Overview: The full SIN definition, total vendors in the SIN, NAICS details, SBA size standard, and a direct link to GSA eLibrary. Market Insights: An interactive two-column layout that shows the overview and the vendor details. Each vendor card displays the vendor name, contract number, active status, and an AI-generated match reason explaining why the vendor is relevant to your search. For each matched MAS vendor, PS Core provides a match reason. This is a brief AI-generated summary explaining why the vendor's contract language is relevant to your requirement. Click the document link on the vendor card and the document viewer opens and auto-scrolls to the page containing the matched text, highlighting the relevant section. Smart document navigation lets you verify a vendor's specific capability in seconds without reading entire contract documents. Exploring GWAC vendor details Click a GWAC vehicle card to open the GWAC summary view. The GWAC summary view emphasizes award descriptions and key metadata for each matched vendor, including vendor names, contract numbers, and active status. For each matched GWAC vendor, PS Core generates a semantic summary explaining why the vendor's award data aligns with your requirement. Exporting and saving GSA vehicle search results PS Core provides multiple ways to capture your GSA vehicle research: Download report: Click the Download Report link to download the Market Insights table and the full vendor list. Save MAS results to collection: Click SAVE TO COLLECTION at the SIN or vendor level to add the research to an existing ProcureSight collection for future reference or report generation. Save GWAC results to collection: From the GWAC summary view, click SAVE TO COLLECTION to save a snapshot of the GWAC vehicle and its matching vendors. The save-to-collection workflow for GWAC results follows the same pattern as MAS results. Managing Collections Group your procurement and vendor research by collections that are easy to view and manage on the Collections page. This page displays a list of all your collections and the number of bookmarks in each. Creating a new collection You can only add search results to existing collections. To create a new collection from the Collections page, click CREATE. The Create Collection dialog opens. Enter the name and description for your new collection, then click CREATE. Your new collection is displayed in the Collections list. Modifying existing collections PS Core also allows you to update an existing collection, delete a collection that is no longer in use, and share a collection. Deleting a collection When you delete a collection, all the search results and associated insights are also deleted. Once initiated, this action cannot be undone. To delete a collection, click the Vertical Ellipsis icon icon that corresponds to the collection you want to delete and select Trash icon Delete Collection. Utilizing the Acquisition Toolbox The proper assignment of PSC and NAICS codes is critical for both organizations posting opportunities and vendors looking for opportunities that match their products and services. In addition, it’s also important to understand the uniform policies and procedures that govern acquisitions. Searching for this information can be very time consuming. AI-powered tools can accelerate your research and decision-making to ensure the proper assignment of codes and simplify your entire procurement process. Additionally, you can stay up-to-date on new statuses, exclusions, and more by configuring vendor and opportunity alerts to accelerate your decision-making. ProcureSight’s Acquisition Toolbox offers three additional tools designed to help users overcome these challenges. The first tool, the Code Explorer, allows users to effectively search opportunity data sets to identify the appropriate business codes for the products and services they require. The toolbox also contains FAR Chat, an intelligent chatbot that allows users to engage with FAR acquisition regulation documents to gain deeper insights into the FAR policies and procedures. Exploring PSC and NAICS codes Accurate PSC and NAICS codes help vendors find the right opportunities and identify buying trends for their specific products and services. In addition, these codes help agencies find the right vendors to service their needs and support better buying initiatives. PS Core’s Code Explorer tool simplifies the process of identifying and assigning the correct codes needed to accurately manage your spending and procurement activities by enabling keyword code search directly in the site. This search feature allows you to filter the results by product or service and display only the results with a PSC code or NAICS code listed. PS Core provides two ways to access the PSC/NAICS Code Explorer, from Home and from Acquisition Toolbox. To find a PSC or NAICS code or both: From the Home page, click the Code Explorer card. Alternatively, from the Acquisition Toolbox dropdown menu, select PSC/NAICS Explorer to navigate to the Code Explorer page. In the Search field, enter key terms or phrases associated with the type of procurements you want to find. Select the PSC filter to display the results that have PSC code listed. Alternatively, you can select the NAICS filter to identify all results that contain a NAICS code. Select the Product or Service checkbox to narrow the results. Click a specific result to drill down in a summary view for more details and a sample of past procurements that use the specific PSC or NAICS code. Engage with FAR Chat FAR Chat makes it easy to engage with FAR acquisition regulations documentation and find the acquisition contract clauses, policies, and provisions that apply to the acquisition of specific supplies and services. To access FAR Chat, select it from the Acquisition Toolbox, then enter a prompt in the text box and click post. If you need help getting started with FAR Chat, leverage the sample prompts. Configure alerts Finally, the Acquisition Toolbox has an Alerts tool that allows you to enable vendor and opportunity alerts based on your saved keywords. When alerts are enabled, the system will email new procurements related to your keywords daily. In addition, you can select a saved keyword to preview the ten most relevant matching search results.
