Using the function

The following sections cover important details about the a!fixed() function.

Supported values in the number parameter

The a!fixed() function accepts Number (Integer), Number (Decimal Precise), and Number (Decimal Floating) values in the number parameter.

When you pass a Number (Decimal Precise) value, a!fixed() converts it to text without losing precision. If you specify the decimals parameter, a!fixed() rounds the value to that number of decimal places.
