Reports page

The Reports page shows a Process HQ dashboard right inside Workspace, so case managers can see how cases and tasks are performing without leaving the site.

The page comes with Case Management Studio, but it starts out empty. Until someone sets up reports in Process HQ and adds them to the dashboard, there is nothing to show. Once reports are added, everyone with access to the page sees them.

This page is most useful to case managers and anyone who tracks how a team is doing, such as how many cases are open, how long cases take to resolve, and whether work is meeting its deadlines.

To learn how to set up reports for your case data, see Configuring Process Insights for Case Management Studio.
