Reference Data Tables

Award Management stores configurable values—such as dropdown lists and document templates—in database reference data tables. You identify reference data tables by the _R_ in the table name, such as AS_AM_R_DATA.

AS_AM_R_DATA table

The AS_AM_R_DATA table stores dropdown values for Award Management. Updating this table controls which dropdown values and lists display to end users during the award process. See Modify Dropdown Lists for detailed instructions.

The following table describes the fields in the AS_AM_R_DATA table:

REF_DATA_ID	int(11)	Number (Integer)	The primary key. Auto-incremented.
REF_KEY	varchar(255)	Text	A unique internal identifier for the reference data entry, used for programmatic lookups. Format: ref_<Label><Type>.
REF_LABEL	varchar(255)	Text	The name that displays to end users in the dropdown list.
REF_TYPE	varchar(255)	Text	The reference type the value is grouped by. For example, Award Status.
REF_ICON	varchar(255)	Text	The icon associated with the value. See Appian Icons for valid values.
REF_COLOR	varchar(255)	Text	The color associated with the value. Valid values: STANDARD, POSITIVE, NEGATIVE, ACCENT, or a hex value (for example, #FFBF00).
SORT_ORDER	int(11)	Number (Integer)	Determines the order of values displayed in the dropdown.
IS_ACTIVE	tinyint(1)	Boolean	Determines if the value displays. 1 displays the value; 0 hides it.
CREATED_BY	varchar(255)	Text	The user who added the reference data originally.
CREATED_DATETIME	datetime	Date and Time	The date and time the reference data was originally added.
MODIFIED_BY	varchar(255)	Text	The user who most recently changed the reference data.
MODIFIED_DATETIME	datetime	Date and Time	The date and time the reference data was most recently changed.

AS_AM_R_DOCUMENT_TEMPLATE table

The AS_AM_R_DOCUMENT_TEMPLATE table stores the document templates used by the Create Document from Template checklist item type. Updating this table controls which document templates are available to business users creating checklists.

The following table describes the fields in the AS_AM_R_DOCUMENT_TEMPLATE table:

DOCUMENT_TEMPLATE_ID	int(11)	Number (Integer)	The primary key. Auto-incremented.
DOCUMENT_NAME	varchar(255)	Text	The name of the template that displays to end users.
FILE_TYPE	varchar(255)	Text	The type of document the template is. For example, DOCX or PDF.
IS_ACTIVE	tinyint(1)	Boolean	Determines if the template is available. 1 makes it available; 0 hides it.
CREATED_BY	varchar(255)	Text	The user who added the template originally.
CREATED_DATETIME	datetime	Date and Time	The date and time the template was originally added.
MODIFIED_BY	varchar(255)	Text	The user who most recently changed the template.
MODIFIED_DATETIME	datetime	Date and Time	The date and time the template was most recently changed.
