The Award Management Settings site is a standalone site where business users can configure checklists and categories, contract file folders, and review processes for Award Management (AM).

The Award Management Settings site gives business users direct control over award configuration without requiring changes in Appian Designer. Through this site, users with access can:

Configure categories that group checklist items together.
Configure checklist items that define tasks users complete during the award and solicitation process.
Configure award checklists that assign default checklist items for a type of award or award event.
Configure contract file folders that organize documents under awards and solicitations.
Configure document review processes that assign default review trees for a document type or template.
Configure invoice review processes that assign review trees for invoice documents.

Prerequisites for the Award Management Settings site

The Award Management Settings site is a separate site in the AM application. Only users with the AS AM Award Management Settings Site Access group membership can access it. This ensures that only authorized users can modify sensitive checklist and review configurations.

Access the Award Management Settings site

From the Award Management site, click > Award Management Settings.
Use the navigation pane to navigate the Award Management Settings page.
