The Requirements Management (RM) 2.1 release notes provide an overview of the latest changes and improvements to the RM Solution. The new features and capabilities were designed with best practices in mind. ProcureSight document chat Procurement documents in the ProcureSight module are now more accessible! Users can view, preview, and interact with procurement documents through a new AI-powered chat feature. This enhancement applies to procurements found in search results, saved to a collection, or attached to a requirement. Users now have the ability to: Preview procurement documents directly in the procurement summary via the DOCUMENTS tab. Use AI copilot to chat with procurement documents, including PDFs, gaining quick insights and answers. Launch the chat feature from the procurement SUMMARY tab or the document preview. This integration ensures a consistent user experience across the ProcureSight application and the ProcureSight module in RM. By incorporating AI into document previews, users gain quicker insights from procurement documents, significantly speeding up research and decision-making. Award Management integration Requirements Management is now integrated with Award Management! Users can now create awards and solicitations in Award Management directly from requirements with Accepted or higher status in Requirements Management. All relevant data, including line items and documents, are copied during the process. The requirement includes a link to the associated solicitation or award, and the solicitation or award links back to the requirement, creating a seamless connection between requirements and procurements. Improved task management Task Management functionality in the Requirement Management Settings site has been revamped, providing a more user-friendly experience. Key enhancements Categories, tasks, and checklists now feature a new, simplified design. Quickly duplicate and delete tasks and checklists, accelerating the checklist definition process.
