What's New in Contract Writing?

The Contract Writing 1.8 release notes provide an overview of the latest changes and improvements to the Contract Writing Solution. The new features and improved capabilities were designed with best practices in mind.

Other Transaction Agreements (OTs)

Last release, we added the new Agreements tab on the My Workspace and Procurements pages, allowing you to create and manage Other Transaction Agreements (OTs) based on your organization’s unique needs.

This release gives you the capability to create and update even more types of agreements, including Consortium and Institution records using the Create OT wizard. You can view the vendors associated with a consortium and the awards or other transaction types linked to a Consortium record. In addition, the consortium-vendor relationship is displayed on the OT Summary.

In addition, you can add a funding source to an OT and save funding documents to the agreement. Contract Writing automatically transfers the funding information you input in the Create OT wizard to the Funding Sources tab.
