The Vendor Management 1.4 Release Notes provide an overview of the latest changes and improvements to the Vendor Management Solution. The new features and improved capabilities were designed with best practices in mind.
Vendor Management now includes intelligent capabilities to allow your contracting users to efficiently manage vendor questions and answers.
This new functionality will allow vendors to directly upload their questions individually or with question documents, which are then extracted from a template into a VM interface. Contracting personnel can then view the questions, use AI to group similar questions together, and generate a PDF containing the answers for vendors to view.
In this release, your organization will also be able to see message thread summaries generated using the power of OpenAI.
This new inbox capability will allow your users to quickly scan their inboxes and determine which messages are high-priority, instead of spending valuable time reading through each message individually.
