The Government Source Selection 1.4 Release Notes provides an overview of the latest changes and improvements to the Government Source Selection Solution. The new features and improved capabilities were designed with best practices in mind.
Previously, users could not update evaluation teams assigned to an evaluation once it started. This release introduces the Update Evaluators feature, which allows your contracting personnel and evaluation chairs to add and remove evaluators from an evaluation while it is still in-progress. This features gives users more control of the team members working on evaluations, at any point in the evaluation process.
Now your organization can account for personnel or staffing changes and update evaluation teams to reflect those changes.
Previously, users could only view consensus results by downloading the report document. This release updates the Consensus Summary Report so your contracting personnel and evaluation chairs can view the results of each consensus directly in Source Selection. From the Consensus Summary page in the Evaluation record, users can view the consensus results through one central location and decided if they want to download a copy to review or share.
