Introduction The GCA solution provides additional processing to enhance the data retrieved from Acquisition.gov. These enhancements already take into account scenarios where GSA could update the raw data to render these enhancements obsolete. This reference page provides users with information about the added functionality GCA provides. Data Enhancements GCA performs post-processing after weekly or manual syncs with Acquisition.gov, which includes: Identifying many of the editable clauses automatically Identifying many of the clauses with fill-ins automatically Retrieving the effective date of clauses automatically Retrieving the effective date of alternate clauses rather than the effective dates of the original clauses separately Adding in spaces that are missing in the clause text Updating titles of existing clauses when title changes are present in Acquisition.gov Note that in some cases, if the necessary tags or data are unavailable, GCA will leave the editable or fill-in values in the clause blank.
