Introduction
Connected Claims allows you to configure a process model that you can immediately start leveraging in your customer journey.
To configure a process module:
In the PROCESS MODEL DETAILS section, enter the following required information for your process model:
Display Name: A unique name for the process model.
Model UUID: A universally unique identifier (ID) associated with the process model.
Run as Automated?: Select Yes if you want the process model to run as an automated process and No if you want to manually run the process model.
Model ID: Returns the process model object.
Click VALIDATE PROCESS MODEL to identify and fill in any missing information needed to configure the process model.
