Resetting an Appian Cloud Password

You can reset your Appian Cloud password from the sign-in page.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the Appian sign-in page.
  2. Click Forgot your password?.
  3. Enter your username. A confirmation screen displays, and Appian sends a password reset email to the address configured in your user account.
  4. Open the password reset email in your inbox. The email contains a link to a password reset page. The link is valid for 15 minutes and works only for the username associated with the email.
  5. Click the link to open the password reset page.
  6. Enter and confirm your new password.
  7. Click SUBMIT. A confirmation screen displays with a link to access your Appian environment.

Note:  Link scanning software can open the reset link multiple times, which leads to additional sign-in entries in audits and multiple unintended sessions. Exclude this link from routine scans to avoid false alarms.
