With each execution, a great amount of information is generated. The
Appian RPA Console gathers all this information and treat it to display it
as reports and graphics to make it easier its analysis.
Charts

You can access this section by clicking on the Charts icon, located at the upper right hand
corner. Here, you can find at a glance:
- The total number of items processed by the set of robots
deployed on the Appian RPA Server. By item, we are referring to each
element a robot processes during an execution. The number of
executions performed so far is also displayed.
- The total accumulated execution time, in other words, the total
number of hours, minutes and seconds during which any robot has been
running on the Appian RPA Server.
- The execution hours within the last 30 days. A graphical
representation of daily activity, expressed in hours, for all robots
within the last month. Maximum and minimal peaking is also shown in
hours, for visually checking automated process activities.
Statistics in this section refresh whenever the page is reloaded, and
can be manually updated by clicking the Refresh button for a given gadget.
List of executions
This screen shows you the listing of executions performed by the robots you can access, including the executions launched by another user.

Different options are available to filter and search through the executions listed:
- Robot: you can filter the executions by robotic process name. When you type
in this field, you will see the list of all robots you can access by
your permissions.
- Search term: regular expression that allows you to find all
executions whose log contains the term specified in this field. When
this term includes several words separated by a blank space, log
traces including all these words will be searched.
- Result: filter for executions depending on their result,
such as Success, when the robot ended its execution
without errors, or Fail, when the robot was unable to successfully
complete its execution due to some error.
- From: start date and time of executions.
- To: end date and time of executions.
In the executions search result, we can find the following information for each column:
- Execution: number of the robot execution.
- Robot: name of the robot (not its identifier).
- User: user who launched the execution.
- Description: description of the execution.
- Start: date and time when the execution started.
- Duration: time taken by the execution.
- Average time: average time by item.
- Items duration: time taken by the items processing, discarding other
time.
- Items average time: average time by item, considering only the time
dedicated to the items treatment. The more number of items, the more
similar the average time will be to this, since the time dedicated
to other tasks will be divided between all the items.
- Result: execution result, that can be Success or Failure.
This list can be exported in different formats using the icons located on the lower right-hand corner. When you export to Excel, the file will include the information related to current
executions and processed items in
columns. It will also include other information, such as the average
duration and the percentage of items successfully processed or with
warnings of the total.
Work items results
From this list it is possible to get the list of items that have been
processed throughout the executions.

Use these fields to filter and search:
- Robot: You can filter items results by robotic process name. When you type
in this field, you will see the list of all robots you can access by
your permissions.
- Result: Filter the items results depending on the execution result,
such as Success, when the robot ended its execution
without errors, or Fail, when the robot was unable to successfully
complete its execution due to some error.
- From: start date and time to search for items processed by executions.
- To: end date and time to search for items processed by executions.
This list can be exported in different formats using the icons located on the lower right-hand corner.
When exporting to Excel, select the checkbox Additional information to export all the available columns
for the report. The resulting Excel file will include information related to items
results and will show this information in columns, including those such
as the item duration, the item key, or the properties.
Queues
On this page, you can get a list of queue items using different criteria and export the result. Depending on
the timeout that you've configured in the Customize menu, it will be downloaded automatically. For you to search for or export results, you need to share permissions with the robotic process or resource.

Different options are available to export or search:
- Robots: you can filter the queue items by robotic process name. As you type
in this field, you will see the suggestions of robots you can access
according to their permissions.
- From: start date and time to search for processed queue items.
- To: end date and time to search for processed queue items.
In the search result of the queue items, we can find the following
information for each column:
- Queue id: queue identifier.
- Queue name: name of the queue (different from its identifier).
- Key: item key.
- Result: item result.
- Testing Execution: Shows if the item has been processed in a
Testing execution.
- Processed: date and time when the item processing started.
- Duration: time taken by the queue item.
- Functional data: functional data of the item.
This list can be exported in different formats using the icons located on the lower right-hand corner.
