Converts a Hex number as text to an Octal number as text.

**hex2oct**( *value*, [*place*] )

*value*: (Text) Hex value as text to convert, such as `A5`

*place*: (Number) The number of places in the result.

Invalid digits for a *value* parameter, including signs, are ignored.

The default value for *place* is however many places are necessary to represent the number.
