Provide actions on grid items by showing a left-aligned button group directly above the grid.

Show only the buttons representing actions available for the currently-selected grid rows. If it’s possible to have a state where no buttons are available, disable buttons instead of hiding them.

Use the "Small" button size and "Secondary" style to differentiate toolbar buttons from form submission buttons.
