Appian Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a powerful tool to automate repetitive and routine tasks using software rather than humans. If you are requesting a new Appian Cloud site with RPA enabled, that site will come with RWM already loaded.
If you are adding Appian RPA to an existing site, then you can download and configure the application RWM from the download site.
Purchasing Appian RPA allows you to use RWM to connect with Appian RPA only. If you wish to connect RWM with any other RPA vendor, you mush purchase the RWM solution.
