Leverage machine-learning recommendations to create more efficient process flows. Now you can Appian’s machine learning model analyzes your process flow, makes intelligent predictions from over 50 different smart services, and automatically suggests the nodes you need to improve your process flow. process modeler now includes machine-learning recommendations.

New Robotic Process Automation Features

Easily construct a web API request to use more of your application’s design objects from a robotic process. Now you can call a web API to upload or download documents, evaluate decisions, rules, or integrations, and execute smart services from a robotic process.

Brand Identity Enhancements

Bring more of your brand identity and style into Appian with custom typefaces and site button shapes. Now you can link your custom font files in the Administration console and set the typeface across all of your Appian sites. We've also added squared, semi-rounded, or rounded button shapes in the site designer to give you the option to match your corporate style.
